Exactly so benefit of the doubt hence still not kicking off. I just wanted honesty and a ‘we will get this done asap’. All I wanted. A ‘we will get it done end of play monday or tuesday’ give me something to work with. Nothing so had to say if its not done by Wednesday I will have to take it back Current Cars

So the guy that knows diddly squat about the job, the part etc says it can be done by the end of the day or next week.... how does he know??

IF they truly were held up for a part which they now have they should work late or over the weekend to look after their customer who they have failed badly.

It seem to me to deal with this company you need the patience of a saint and the persistence of a mother in law.

Its just crazy isnt it. I took what sean said as a pinch of salt. He didnt know but was put on the spot.

Thing is Martin wouldnt come out so that tells me something. You are never to busy especially if its a customer you have had their car of for over a month. I have to stay professional as I dont want them to Censored my car up more or do soemthing scandalous.

I haven’t authorised any parts as no parts were mentioned on the quote so I have to think how true is that information from sean and if the part is free as I didnt say yes to it. Actually was the part broken by them or historically how will I know? Current Cars

If it was broken then it wouldn't run I'd guess as they said the timing was the main fault unless they broke it and just replaced it.

I have waited 8 hours for someone before but he stole my gorlfriend and needed to be addressed haha

Na I went there, said my bit now will gove it till Wednesday he wont be on a test drive then. I will demand the keys and seehow it pans out.

Granted even if he fixes it 5-6 weeks to do so isnt setting the world on fire. People slate main dealers but it would have been in and out quicker. Maybe at a cost but what price do we put on time!!! Current Cars

I'm sure that if Martin was following this thread, he would have either put up a defence or contacted Ash to tell him to collect his car. So far Ash has only explained his experience and is not telling other forum members to boycott the garage in question. 2011 TDV8 Vogue SE

He could be. But I havent been rude. I have taken my car to be fixed and a month later it hasnt been fixed.

I am givimg honest feedback and information to the forum on the situation. I donk think I am being unreasonable or unfair. If he is then surely he would give the car back and tell me to leave.

Ample time to fix the car without my updates. This isnt what I wanted to happen. I wanted my car back fixed or not in a week.

I havent said anything derogatory or intrue and people are free to take the thread as they wish. I havent told anyone not to use them or anything like that.

Would ypu not want to know of someone was having a bad experience with an establishment that you might have considered to use? Current Cars

I think I want to get it back pay the initial £88 amd leave it at that. Im confused as now I think cos I went there today they have looked at it. I dont think I trust it nos so want to get another opinion. Im lost with it. But cant pay £3k cars not worth much more than that

All in im around 7k for the car another £3k will make it most expensive one on the road Current Cars
