Doesn’t neccesarily rule out the coil packs. Swapping them side to side will just move the fault to the other side and it will still occur.

The fault you have is Ignition coil or misfire.

P - Powertrain
0 - generic OBD code as opposed to MfR specific
3 - ignition/misfire
64 - ignition coil L primary/secondary circuit.

The L in the coil code doesn’t refer to Left as the other codes relating to coils have different letters too A - L

If you have a spare coil then I would start by putting that into each cylinder in turn then giving it a go.

If you have a decent multi meter you can test the resistance of the coil packs on the bench. Have a google on how to. Basically you have to test across primary and secondary coils to see what readings you get. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

Cheers for the info. I did test the coils I bought and were all registering 1. I didnt do the test on the original coils which makes sense I should have done this.

However if I no longer get the missfire errors or shows errors on 2,4,6,8 then this would be a coil pack as I just swapped banks of packs.

I still had the reduced engine performance error even with them switched over so they could still be the problem. Current Cars

Swapping the coils from Bank 1 to Bank 2 and still getting the error message could be normal if there’s an issue. Has the fault moved at all?

With the generic code reader you’re likely to be wasting your time unfortunately.

Please do let us know how you get on when you’ve spoken to Martin.

I really need to take it for a longer drive. Swapping the banks over hasnt given me the missfire errors but saying that it might not show until the next time I start it up and drive it so will have to gove it a few days when I drive it. I will give MH a call on Monday see if he can squeeze me in for a plug in and investigation. Current Cars

No havent done it yet. It is on the list of things to do. Po364 seems to be o2 sensor. Missfires can be o2 sensor so am now hedging that way. I willtake it into MH in Dartford. Go over everything that I have done

Sparks
Remap (back to standard)
Fuel pump
Injectors
Coils
Exhaust
Anything else I have done

Will then suggest

pumps
O2 sensors
Superchargers
Wiring
Hoses etc

Hopefully this way it will finally get fixed. Willcost me more but thiz way hopefully someone will say its this or that instead of guess work

Sofar guess work from private garages has cost me £1800 + what I paid for it. Starting not to be cost effective.

The pump ison the list though. 😊 Current Cars

Yes definitely do the pump in the grand scheme of things a new one is dirt cheap - the only other time I’ve seen it is a badly fitted lpg system where they’ve tried an emulator or the fuel return isn’t right... Current stable:

My car was delivered this afternoon. Read the fault codes, misfire on cylinder 1. Coil pack had melted. Replaced the coil, normal service has resumed Smile

Think I’ve been very lucky.

Funny you say that as someone orber day was behind my car and said was it lpg. Its petrol I havent seen or know any different and when I bought it lpg wasnt mentioned. Fuel pump been replaced and has been to two different garages and I havent been told any different. It was tunning really rich when bought it and had massive issues to start which ai have slowly gone through amd amemded

Have tried to get it in to Martin Hind in Dartford but he didnt call me back today. Will try again tomorrow

If I reach back out to the seller he is just going to tell me to foook off. The type of guy who is Censored off all the time amd knew he was selling me a Censored bomb. My fault for buying it though. Current Cars
