Hi all. A newbie here. Can i retrofit a 2012 vogue's steering wheel on 2008 vogue? I know the paddle shifters can be installed after a little modification of thw wiring but the control switches is what bothers me. Would the nav and other controls function similarly? I mean is it a bolt on setup?

Paddle shifters aren't needed but would be nice if i could manage the wiring. What i don't know is that whether or not the control switches can be installed on 08 | ||

The MY59 L322 use a virtual instrument cluster and had a complete change in terms of wiring and CAN BUS. Pre MY59 vehicles use a 29bit CAN BUS whereas post MY59 vehicles use an 11bit CAN BUS network. The two are not interchangeable.
