Be good to see what their diagnosis will be. Greg mentioned potential throttle body issue - did LR Christchurch say that was an area to investigate?

Cracks in the Plenum chamber are common because the weld on the seam has failed, but again ,this would have shown up on the smoke test.

As I understand, it measures exhaust pipe pressure before and after the DPF and from this calculates flow rate.
