It's a doddle of a job to replace, just a bolt on either end and from memory a fixing bracket at the Bottom of the engine. But you will need to re-gas afterwards.

Yes that one is defiantly the AC hose. It leads from the AC rad to the compressor.

It's hard to see from the photo which pipe it is that has split. But all in that area are easy to replace. Thumbs Up

My chains sound noisier than yours but with half the amount of play in the chain, but I would defiantly say that is way too much slack and need doing asap.

I also used this for the CV boots from eBay at £12.00 It tightens with a spanner so you can really clamp on the clips. Just remember not to over pack the boots with too much grease!

Cheers for that David. At least I now know that there is no way of pressing them out. I will just go carefully when driving them out by hand.

Hi David, how did you drive out the bush with one side having a flange on it and getting in the way. I'm thinking of doing mine soon. Do you also think a 10 Ton press will be up to the job?
