Just do the calibration procedure in the tool and follow any steps. You don’t need to do anything else.

Off the top of my head, things that could make a car lean when parked up:

1 - Dampers stuck / stiff ... so its binding and preventing small, smooth suspension movement and so it gets stuck on a lea ...

I’m wondering how do they measure compression and rebound in the test ?

If it has the active dampers, I would expect the damping readings to be all over the place … it’s meant to do that.

Is it parked on perfectly flat ground ?

Slightly uneven ground at the front will have a big visual effect on how it sits at the back.

Does it sit level ? If suspension was out of normal operating measurements it would look completely uneven when parked.
