That’s a very kind offer Nino, but only one problem, he would be needing another oil change by the time he had driven back home Rolling with laughter Rolling with laughter

I used my 10l Draper at the weekend and it sucked nine and a half litres of old oil out of the car.

Easiest oil change i've ever done.

I totally agree Mike, and would advise everyone to avoid the 9 Litre cheapy
Rolling with laughter 0.5L of oil on your drive would make quite a mess Big Cry

Mike - would you able to post the oil and filter change pages from the workshop manual on here somehow?

Just a thought about where you pour the old oil.
My service kit from opei came with one 5 litre container and the rest in single litres.
You won’t get 10 litres in when you do a change.
if you are using 2 5litre containers, your second container will still have fresh oil in it when you have done the change.
You need something other than your 2nd container into which to pour the old oil.
I so happened to have a spare 5 litre container from something else.....

Anybody got any recommendations on a certain shape / size funnel to use for getting the new oil into the filler? 2011 4.4 TDV8 Vogue SE Buckingham Blue with Ivory and clear glass = "Rory"

I use a funnel that fits the salt resevoir neck in the diswasher. Fits a treat, stays in place and if you really need to, it can be trimmed to sit level and has a large outlet so you can pour and not have to stop to allow it to drain. Thumbs Up
