Firstly change the battery, it's probably due a new one, type 019, go agm they last longer ime, you can squeeze a type 020 in but again imo better for an agm type 019.

Could be parasitic drain, but ...

What cass said will most likely be the issue, once the temperature drops and no sun on the bonnet, it'll probably dissappear....

As long as its a proper repair, that wouldn't worry me one iota.
